Our latest exhibition Coal Face is open until Saturday 15 March. In Coal Face, @louise__powell and @martintype create a compelling narrative through a dialogue between word and image about working life in Sunderland’s mines – and what it means to have seen the collieries close.

Having had the privilege of reading Louise’s incredible work on this project…you’re all in for a treat and a half! Cannat wait to get the exhibition on the walls for people to see.
Happy to have done the last proofread of my series of sonnets, free verse & haiku verbatim poems for the #ACESupported COAL FACE Exhibition @SundMuseum. Woven from 32 + hours of interviews, it'll be exhibited alongside @martintype's stunning photography from 1st February!
