At the International EDIA and Allies birds of a feather session at the #RSECon24 Community Discovery Day. The academic credit system relies on names but people change names for all sorts of reasons. The Name Change Policy Working Group is tackling this -

Really enjoying the panel that's kicking off the first #RSECon24 Community Discovery Day! Something I really recognise is that sense of "finding our people" many of us felt when we discovered RSE was a thing. 🥰

The panel is followed by a day of self organised birds of a feather sessions for us all to work together on organising these sub-communities and eyeing together within them.
