Republic of Somaliland and the Fedeal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today. In the MoU, Ethiopia officially recognises the Republic of Somaliland while Somaliland grants naval and commercial sea access on lease to Ethiopia for 50 years.
