I experience much of the time clarity on what i want and dont want to a degree that would be effortfull to act against or ignore that clarity. (There are also periods without that clarity) Is that the same for men? Somehow i experience that differently in men.

Have some spare time for contemplation during the change of years? Spend some time writing down your worst nightmares in detail. Light a candle, sit and feel it. Do this with your friends and tell them about it. We live more fully when we do not shy away from fear

Finished up the circling residency with a powerful circle last night and left the TC circling house this morning after a month there as the resident leader. Powerful to see what happens when people do this practice every day and live together from honesty and presence Recommend
