we don’t recommend doing too much peering into the darkness without sufficiently strengthening your light. BUT once you know the wound you are carrying, it no longer has power over you. You can heal from the fear that is anxiety and learn to look at your life in new ways!

Healing from anxiety requires 3 things: 1 get to know your mental picture forming 2 get to know your feelings, and the difference between non-cognitive and cognitive feelings 3 get to know the origin story of why you are anxious and where you learned coping mechanism from.

Anxiety begins in the thinking, and impacts the feeling, which then in turn impacts your will.For instance, you have a scary thought which triggers you. Feelings then arise in you which overwhelm you, such as fear, terror, shame, disgust, self-doubt, confusion, etc.
