The teacher who told my son "men are the providers and women are the caregivers" just emailed to say she needs a cantaloupe for the class tomorrow and damn, I sure hope one of those dads she emailed provides

To schedule son’s parent teacher conference had to call teacher to schedule. explained I wouldn’t be able to make it due to hosting dinner at work for 120+ people but hubby could attend. She kept trying to get only me to attend. 🤦♀️ husband went, was literally picking up a handout

I really need to know more about the use of the cantaloupe. What is the science lesson? Are we sampling it? She just loves cantaloupe? And teachers really send out emails for last-minute stuff like this? If so, I've been doing this all wrong then

I work a very flexible job and can answer my phone at work, my wife has very strict hours and can't answer her phone at work. I am listed as the primary contact. The schools always call her first. It drives me crazy.
