why do women work out or run on busy streets in just a sports bra and skimpy shorts, why do guys run shirtless, why do men wear the most God awful muscle T-shirt’s to the gym? it’s all about “look at me” I need lots of attention, I have low sefl worth and need to be objectified.

1. Sports bras in the gym Is definitely the same as muscle shirts.
2. Muscle shirts aren’t for attention it’s for two things. Easier on the arms while obviously being breathable and motivation in getting huge muscle mass
