Pupils in Years 7 and 8 enjoyed an adventure activities weekend at Lockerbrook Farm Outdoor Centre in the Peak District, last week. Pupils enjoyed a range of activities including caving, climbing and team challenge games. #SilcoatesShines

On #WorldWaterDay we're focussing on how restoring our peatlands helps natural flood management. Heavy rainfall meets little resistance as it runs off bare peat, while revegetating and adding sphagnum moss creates surface roughness which slows the flow. @EnvAgency #NFM
