I can't understand why some moronic fans enjoy hating and wishing ill on players just because they changed teams or because they’re having a bad time. 😡
Jacob deGrom, healthy and on the mound, was the most impressive thing I’ve ever witnessed in a decade covering this sport. This is tough to watch.

I'm sad but this was inevitable. If you are unable to dial your pitches back in certain situations you won't last. Jake would throw 96mph sliders to .180 hitters.

It’s a sad day and Jake will always be considered one of the greats in Mets history. People who put sports ahead of real life are losers that don’t have quality lives of their own.

You know, Luis, these people should be ashamed to call themselves "fans". If you're a true baseball fan, you don't boo your own players, you aren't happy to see a player hurt or sent down. Just has me so angry.
