To put things in perspective. More than a 1,000 took early outs plus several hundred coming off the books through regular mandatory retirements each year. So its just a small back fill.

I will not fly with United anylonger & that includes family members & friends since Scott Kirby does not care about a pilot proficiency in flying but now a pilot is judged not on their capabilities in Flying but whether their skin is dark & whether there a female
