@leonwankum @SimplyBitcoinTV Real estate is a productive asset. It generates an income. Bitcoin is a non productive speculative asset. They are completely different asset classes.

Not because it is a productive asset class, but because it is scarce and fiat money is not. Bitcoin is more scarce (limited). I assume that the monetary premium stored in RE will flow into #Bitcoin .…

@leonwankum @SimplyBitcoinTV Took me a long time to realise this as an architect, and soon after I did, left the industry. Bitcoin can potentially do more to fix housing affordability than to hope and dream policy makers can do something about it.
