I have the same problem! Looks like I am not alone. Guess it’s a good startup idea 😃.
Question to all you programmers. When you work with two programming languages simultaneously (e.g. python and nodejs), how do make sure you don't mix up syntax?. I always end up getting confused (on let's say methods on arrays in different languages).

The thing that I dread about @Microsoft @Windows is the “Updates.” I buy a brand new laptop but can’t use it for 15-20 minutes after I turn it on! Why? Why? Why? Why can’t the updates be postponed for the first restart? Drains the excitement of a new purchase.

This is a good software project that can open sourced to the public. The core functionality can be implemented by the community, designed, guided and owned by the Traffic Police Department. I am sure many Tech companies would encourage employees to contribute as part of CSR.
Why can't HTP send SMS Alerts to commuters when there is traffic diversions or congestion. I see you have incident management process is in place for sending alerts. Pls make usage of it. @HYDTP @AddlCPTrfHyd @CPHydCity

If you are complaining about any issue in an open source project, please remember this. Few seconds of reporting time, but hours or days or weeks for developing/fixing the issue.
For open source in particular, the misbalance that always made me sad was when an issue reporter spends 30 seconds writing an issue that's going to take a maintainer (working for free) hours, days, weeks to resolve and maintain, then gets mad when its not fixed quickly. 🤔.
