After 5 years it’s time to (temporarily) step away from my role as
@RedsByTheMinute
due to the fact that I’m moving to Spain for my year abroad. It’s been a privilege to hold this role for so long and I want to thank everyone at the club and all those in the press box… 1/4

Disappointing end to the season, but I’m very grateful to have been granted access to so many games during this strange campaign. Onto the next one, hopefully with a full house at Solitude. You Reds❤️
Full-time: Larne 3-1 Cliftonville
The Reds fall to defeat in the European play off final at Inver Park. McDaid had put the hosts ahead before O’Connor equalised with a super strike in the second half. Lynch edged Larne back in front and McDaid added a third late in the game.

Full-Time: Cliftonville 2-0 Crusaders
A double from Ryan Curran in the first half gives the Reds the bragging rights on derby day here at Solitude in the final home game of the season. It was a routine win for Cliftonville with Brush only having to make two real saves of note.
💚| Rachel Furness made a goal scoring return for her country, netting the second goal in a 4-0 win as Northern Ireland cruised to victory in their first World Cup Qualifying game. Well done
@Furney1988

Particularly last season, with the League Cup win, and a first European trip to Slovakia. I’ve also been fortunate enough to cover the ladies’ games during that time and I’m hoping both the men’s and women’s teams can have great campaigns yet again… 3/4
For all their help through the years.
It’s a role which has opened so many doors in terms of helping me progress towards my ultimate goal of becoming a sports journalist. There have been plenty of ups and downs on the pitch during that time, but so many incredible memories.. 2/4
Sadio Mane is simply a definition of a big game player. 2 goals in the final from being in the right place at the right time. I can’t remember an important game that he didn’t turn up.
Does not get enough recognition for what he’s done for the club, one of the best players itw.
Full-time: Cliftonville Ladies 3-2 Linfield Ladies
The Reds pick up their first home win of the season and their second in as many games courtesy of goals from K McGuinness, Callaghan and Finnegan from the spot. Bassett and McKenna scored in the second half for the visitors.

⏪ REDS REWIND
Just to help get you in the mood for tonight, let's relive that infamous late, late drama on this second anniversary of Cliftonville's stupendous County Antrim Shield Final defeat of Ballymena United.
(With apologies to Jonny Addis...😳)
Full-Time: Cliftonville 4-3 Linfield
A superb second-half performance from the Reds sees them claim all three points. Two goals from McMenamin and strikes from McCrudden and Curran sealed the win after Stewart and Mulgrew had twice put Linfield ahead. Millar scored a late third.
