You do realize that China has moved away from communism? China has more than 1000 billionaires and more than 6 million millionaires, they have privatize housing. While not a free society, they do all a degree of free Enterprise as long as you don't challenge the rulers.

@BraddrofliT Top earners already pay proportionally more taxes. Tax revenues are at or near all time highs. We have a spending problem not a revenue problem.
