The slave master really fucked up our brain cells. Some of our people will make up the wildest shit to avoid the obvious fact that our Ancestors came here on slave ships from west and central Africa. This is the part of social media I hate. Dumb ideas can get a wide audience.

“I did my Genealogy.”- @YahkiAwakened I use to sit with my Choctaw Gramps on his sunporch he would smoke out his pipe.. I can remember the smell like it was yesterday.. he had a Garden & loved cooking.. he worked on the Railroad for over 20 years. Never said he was African.

@Omowale99949437 @GimmeDaSkrilla Ha! He's not totally wrong. What he doesn't understand is that his people were assimilated Choctaw. The Choctaw were members of the "Five Civilized Tribes," some of whom owned slaves. Unlike whites, slaves could marry and be adopted into a Choctaw family.

@kzshabazz So you want everyone to believe only the white man had the means and technology to get to America? Africans were completely unable to sail themselves right? And u learned all u know about said topic from who? The white man. Gotcha

@kzshabazz It IS possible. Not widely likely in 🇺🇸, but possible. I have cousins who r mixed with pure🩸Native Americans, and they look African, aside from the noticeable squinty👀, a trait actually also seen in many African tribes. I agree that many are incorrect, but it IS possible.

@Jonabitano No one disputes the obvious point that Native Americans and Africans had sex and children. Thats not what he's saying. Go back and listen carefully.

@kzshabazz There were Africans that came here before Columbus and mixed into the native tribes making some tribes darker skin than others with African features. Getting slaves wasn’t just by kidnapping and raids. Some were promised that they would see loved ones and receive land.

@AoNoMabari "Mixing" is not in dispute. We can debate the timeline for mixing. However, he's making a different point

@harlemedit Ha! He's not just telling a personal story. These weirdos have invented an alternate reality where the "maps is flipped" and North Africa-- Judah, Israel, Morocco, Lebanon, Cairo, Memphis ("its a pyramid in Memphis [Tennessee] right now")-- is actually USA.

@kzshabazz Only a little over 300k so called Africans came here Virginia off slave ships. Nothing wrong with being African if that's what you are. But manyyyyy of us are actually Indigenous to this continent. And have been since the Genesis.

@kzshabazz If you dismiss what his grandparents told him, you have to also discount most of African cultures because they are mostly oral traditions.

@kugiti5 I don't dismiss what his grandparents told him. I dismiss his interpretation of what he was told. And, no, we don't discuss oral traditions. You triangulate with verifiable sources such as archaeology, linguistics, archival sources, etc
