- walk to/home from school or work
- alternate courses on a day-to-day basis to make things more enjoyable
- go with friends or listen to music

- i do not go to the gym or use any machines
- only been a couple weeks since i started working out hella consistently
- the only cardio type exercise i do is walking (1-2 hrs long/day)
