1/ Shona Robison defends her GERS spin with a litany of false statements: she says her analysis did include spending on military personnel (it didn’t), that the MoD doesn’t know where its people are anyway (of course it does), and that most defence spending is capital (it isn’t).

@kevverage That's the SNP's problem in a nutshell, been on the Gravy train for years, a nodding dog to those above her, never questioned them, always agreed, then finds herslf in a position not through ability but by how many erses she licked!
