Hi @ScotRail I’m disappointed to hear that you are replacing the human announcer with AI. What’s the thinking? People want to connect with people, especially when travelling. And that’s a creative job handed over to a machine. Why aren’t you supporting Scotland’s creative sector?.

My last night in Hamburg. I was asked to do the keynote for this conference right as I was being made redundant. I was so grateful for the invitation then. Yesterday it was amazing to do the keynote, bittersweet to hear all the uni chat. Now ordering Japanese food in German.
