Lazy take. This wasn’t cheating. It was a nothing burger that was spun up into a scandal by Michigans opponents & Buckeyes behind the scenes in sports media. NCAA clinging to relevance so they slapped Michigan’s hand.

There are no consequences for cheating in college sports. And huge rewards to do so. The NCAA has no power. The businesses/teams have gotten too big to penalize. Anyone who thought Michigan would get smoked was crazy. Wolverines — and many other big programs — are worth too much.

Don't let the temptation to say yes to everything, overwork to prove yourself and skip resting cause you to become burned out and feel stuck. Prioritize rest, say yes to the important things, take your vacation days and do a good job without working yourself to death.

In every conversation, strive to find shared experiences you can relate to with the other person. This opens the door to more communication no matter what news outlet, religion or political party you lean towards.

3 reasons people quit when they shouldn't: . 1. They get a new boss they don’t like as well. 2. They get passed over for a promotion. 3. They have a difficult coworker. Don't be so quick to jump ship when you experience one of these things in the office.

When interviewing for a job, take a good look at the boss and the team. If something feels off, move on. Because odds are, you'll end up like them, not the other way around.
