2. Number of wins (so apparently 10-10 is somehow better than 9-9)

4. Common opponents (is 2-0 better than 1-0? can't tell from reading it)

At least it isn't the first tiebreaker. I have more of an issue that 10-10 is now being treated differently than 9-9.
