It doesn’t sound like pseudohypercalcemia with a paraprotein (as explained in the graphic) is an artifact of the lab test - which is what pseudo means to me.

Interesting table. Had a pt. with Waldenström's with ⬆️plasma viscosity & IgM levels, uric acid of 32, no TLS. That was spurious becos of ⬆️ IgM interfering with estimation of UA. BTKI Rx ⬇️the IgM and UA.
