Superb service at Lister Hospital yesterday @enherts. I attended a walk in GP requested x ray and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. All staff were very helpful, efficient and clinicians introduced themselves and explained the process in full. #outstanding #bestcare

The @NHSEngland Patient Safety Incident Response Framework guidance has been published. It focuses on how NHS organisations respond to patient safety incidents and ensure compassionate engagement with those affected.

So very proud of my team for winning their well deserved @RoyalFreeNHS Oscar award tonight. We missed 2 very important members of the team but it was such a lovely night and all the better for seeing @highlight18 at last since joining the #RoyalFree family.

My team and I will be reviewing the recommendations with a view to supporting maternity professionals to use agreed, shared language which is in line with delivering personalised care for the women and families using maternity services.

This is beautifully written and should be nationally shared…. It’s tough being a busy midwife but also tough being a worried mum to be. #midwives #nhs
