@justMizuyuki @ShoNuffKay37 I ask because adaptations aren't always just a straight copy paste of the original material. For example, see the recent adaptation Dororo. What the adaptation chooses to keep or not on gives us some clue about the culture of that time period.

@justMizuyuki @ShoNuffKay37 There are things outside of anime that indicate that there is a greater interest in these subjects. That's the trend I wanted to call attention to.
