Nuremberg laws were passed by democratically elected government on 15 Sep 1935. What happened after that? Dear Ms. Roopa IPS You protect lives for a living. My name is Dr. Jonathan I save lives for a living. Lets meet halfway & agree that this law is legally right morally wrong🙏

@AlNamr__ Show some spine and put your name and pic . Act passed by parliament is a law mow. You are a criminal if you don't obey the law. No end to idiocy like yours.

So all you muppets who keep castigating us for making references to Hitler for comparison can bugger off now. Hitler, Mussolini were ‘products of democracy’, says BJP leader Ram Madhav via @scroll_in

@just1doctorwala @saliltripathi There was no independence in 1935. Don't justify your illegal act of violating the Law of the land.

"persecuted minorities... dignity and safety..." It is like all these IT cell muppets copy paste the same texts.. But when questioned about minorities who are already Indian citizens and what we go through? *Silence*

@just1doctorwala @Advaidism The CAA law is not even 'legally' right. It doesn't confirm to the constitution. If a Parliament by majority passes a law 'all blue eyed babies must be killed' will @D_Roopa_IPS obey this law while it is in force?

@lizsesh @Advaidism @D_Roopa_IPS I defer to your expertise but my understanding is until a court (assume SC) overturns this isn't it technically legal since it was passed by parliament?

@just1doctorwala Moral compass is simple. Anything which harms/hampers another human being on the basis of their birth conditions like race, ethnicity, gender, belief etc should be looked down upon.

@just1doctorwala @brumbyoz @D_Roopa_IPS being a civil servant you can’t be so naive not to see fascist tendencies. It doesn’t behave well for someone, tasked with the responsibility of protecting citizens, to support criminals & goons. If a society is not just can law & order be maintained? Think about it

@just1doctorwala @Advaidism One more difference to point out....some statistic a few years back showed 12 policemen for every 1 VIP in our country....but 1 policeman for 700 citizens. Current numbers may be worse...but you get the idea. Policing protects certain citizens.

@just1doctorwala @Suresh_Mathew_ So is RTE with the 93rd amendment giving exclusion to minority run schools. Or minority only schemes for scholarship, housing etc. Or the UPA creating a ministry of minority affairs in a "secular" country. All legally right & morally wrong.

@just1doctorwala @D_Roopa_IPS Every country has right to protect its borders and people. In the same way every country needs to know who is staying in the country and who belongs here. There has to be a mechanism to identify its citizens and who are not. Immigrants are rightfully allowed anytime.

@just1doctorwala @D_Roopa_IPS Can u see in Article 14. 'Religion'... Btw 'sex' is also there, acc to which u got this opportunity to be equal and be in police force. So any law passed by parliament that contradicts n says no women police officer. Then, wud tht law b constitutional or legal?
