Kavala was sentenced to life in prison earlier this week, while 7 others - Mucella Yapici, Tayfun Kahraman, Can Atalay, Cigdem Mater, Hakan Altinay, Yiğit Ali Ekmekçi, and Mine Özerden - got 18 years based on claims they organized and financed the nationwide Gezi protests in 2013

Do you know how many people Pkk is killing in Turkey, how many babies and how many civilians died in bomb attacks? I know thousands of people died. Some in their sleep, some at school, some on the street.
