Boiling Springs 8th grader Nate Witmer has had an incredible few years at UP. He has developed & matured just as much or more mentally as he has physically. He works hard, is willing to be pushed & willing to be coached. He is in a good spot right now & the best is yet to come!

Wednesday tipped off our first of four weeks with the New Oxford middle school and high school girls program. The girls locked in for a big time two hours of work. We are excited to get after it with them until the season officially starts in under a month!

Coach Joe just spent an amazing 2 days with FIBA coaches from 12 different countries as part of the annual ICAB program. They spent time both on and off court sharing best practices for coach, player and team development!

Red Lion Freshman Kendall Williams is coming. Standing at 6’2” with great athleticism and a growing skill set she is going to be a major force at the Varsity level the next few years. Her last few months at Unleashed have been special and we can’t wait for what is next!

There is nothing better than seeing a kid come in the gym better than the last time you saw them. After each session with UP, CV 6th grader Drew goes home and puts in a ton of work on his own. It is evident the second he walks back in the gym. Keep working Drew!

Tomorrow we head to Dover for our third week of development with their youth program. This group has worked hard both physically and mentally in our already 4 hours of work together. We absolutely love being a part of the growth they have made in just a short period of time!

East Penn Freshman Mykelle China has been hard at work at Unleashed and she is ready for the high school level. A great kid with a big personality, her game is shining bright as well and there are big things ahead for her!

Our 3v3 Program is in full swing and that means the season is coming up quick! Kids need to play and need to learn how to play. We had a great week one focused on competing, communicating, playing with urgency, and spacing. Tomorrow night we are locked in for week two!

Last week began a stretch of 6 weeks of development with the MPM Fall/Winter team ladies. The gym was packed and full of energy. We are ready to get back at it tomorrow!

Our Summer Workshop Series came to a close on Monday with a fantastic group coming together for shot work. We worked on balance, footwork, mechanics/movements, spacing and competitive shooting!
