For the record, I am pro-cinnamon sugar rim, and feel the right way to drink it is to slowly rotate the glass while sipping so you get a little cinnamon-sugar in each sip. Requires practice. You may need to order a 2nd to perfect the technique.

I'm curious - what questions have you been able to answer once your software engineering work became more visible? and what part of the process was most vital to have visibility into?.

Making software engineering work more transparent and visible helps to identify blockers, bottlenecks and the impacts of prioritization (or of not prioritizing work) - it helps us answer questions like "if we're not making progress on XX then what are we working on instead?".

I'm pretty sure that if @michaelswinslow had a super power, it would be X-Ray vision, because he has an amazing ability to make seemingly invisible things become visible (specifically making software engineering work visible).
