@JulieGrantTV This announcement is the absolute worst news of the day. Perhaps the entire year. I have looked forward to seeing you and having coffee with you every morning for the last 6-7 years. Now, how do I fill my mornings. Your knowledge of the law and the manner in which you deliver.

Karen Read, her lawyers, and her PR minions think if they report false stories to the press and repeat it enough themselves, it becomes true. That is not the case. There. Was. No. Apology. 👏👏👏👏 Not to mention—if she said “dead” or “again”… who cares? The point is, she

Lucy Medina, 58, was just acquitted in Salem of charges she attacked her abusive husband with a knife in 2020. Medina was represented by attorney Hank Brennan. Her husband did not testify. Brennan argued self-defense.

It was always about the second line of the recording. Today was a big win for the O’Keefe family, and it was a reminder that sometimes the most important moments in a case are small, but strategic moves that quietly shift the ground underneath everything. Diller played this

Becky Lloyd, who knew both Kouri and Eric Richins, testified Thursday. She described a conversation with Kouri during which Kouri said she felt trapped in her marriage, had no way out, and that it would be better if Eric were dead. Investigators believe Kouri poisoned Eric.

@JulieGrantTV @CourtTV I knew he would be found guilty because the verdict was predetermined. The trial was essentially like a Soviet Show Trial. If this is the standard then, then they need to start prosecuting Judges, Prosecutors and Parole Board Members who let criminals go and re-offend.

@DawnBauer1111 @millymoobags @JulieGrantTV @CourtTV @PhilipCDube Extreme negligence, yes. Second degree murder? How many willing co-conspirators are only charged with accessory charges or culpable negligence? It’s not just the weapons used. Parents who hide their gangster kids from the police are just as responsible if they end up killing.

@DawnBauer1111 @millymoobags @JulieGrantTV @CourtTV @PhilipCDube Did they prove the dad bought the gun specifically for his son to go kill the kids? What about the kid that used a knife to kill the high school student in Texas? If he got it from his house purchased by his parent. Should they be prosecuted for murder?

@DawnBauer1111 @millymoobags @JulieGrantTV @CourtTV @PhilipCDube Should this father be prosecuted for not properly supervising and not foreseeing what his son did much like the parents of Jesse Butler who got away with horrific rapes? I would say: 100% Yes! My point is: will this new standard be applied impartially or cherry picked❓

@millymoobags @JulieGrantTV @CourtTV @PhilipCDube I 100% agree that parents bear responsibility, my question is: will it be applied in all cases. I doubt it will. There are many poor victims, little children killed in Chicago, for example, on a weekly basis by youth gangsters. Will their parents be prosecuted, too?

@JulieGrantTV @CourtTV Will they go after parents of youth involved in gang shootings, bullying that ends in physical injury or death, and crimes like the killing of Austin Metcalf? I’m for parental accountability, but to what extent and will this new standard be applied impartially? @PhilipCDube
