@joshsilentmode I take a step back, breathe, and remind myself why I started in the first place. 😊

@joshsilentmode Walk away and think about why I began in the first place. It helps recenter myself. Then asking myself where is the highest impact area I can focus on, then start up.

@joshsilentmode I ask: Is this a psychological problem? Or... Is there something intrinsic to the task giving me red flags? If psychological, change your habits. If the task, the problem is in my strategy. Evaluate and pivot my day to day actions. do you think this is a good approach?

@GrahamCSkaggs Trial and error Some people it will work a charm Some people it will not process with their personality I'm guessing or maybe it will work for everyone This is what I am learning form this page people are extremely different from one another If that works for you then use it…

@joshsilentmode Make a list. Include even the smallest things and start crossing things off. Create a sense of progress for yourself.

@joshsilentmode I take a step back. Take a breather. Focus my energy somewhere else and refresh. Then, once I'm feeling better, go back at it with a clear mind. Not a foolproof plan...but it works quite often.

@joshsilentmode Quitting is for losers. If you quit, you will never get ahead and remain a loser for the rest of your shitty human life. Discipline. Do what your supposed to do, even when you don’t feel like it.
