@daniel_klabunde
Fuck yeah dude
I have been doing super slow concentric
Not only is it creating amazing gains
But it is also deteriorating the injury that was still lingering in my shoulder
How many pushups do you do in a day?
@mehdizarem
Assess the reality
Confirm the path
Confirm the incentive
Confirm the fears to avoid
Weigh up the best coures of action
Keep going and go harder
@joshsilentmode
Walk away and think about why I began in the first place. It helps recenter myself. Then asking myself where is the highest impact area I can focus on, then start up.
@WazSwindlehurst
I would love if you could share it with us Waz
Mine is the vision of waking up late, walking to a cafe with my new best friend dog who I spend the whole day with at my feet while I work the digital nomad life a the cafe
Oh and spoil my parents
@joshsilentmode
I ask:
Is this a psychological problem?
Or...
Is there something intrinsic to the task giving me red flags?
If psychological, change your habits.
If the task, the problem is in my strategy. Evaluate and pivot my day to day actions.
do you think this is a good approach?
@GrahamCSkaggs
Trial and error
Some people it will work a charm
Some people it will not process with their personality
I'm guessing or maybe it will work for everyone
This is what I am learning form this page people are extremely different from one another
If that works for you then use it…
@joshsilentmode
Sometimes you have to do some sh*t
Even if you feel like quitting.
We are men
We don't care about feelings.
We just do what needs to be done.
@joshsilentmode
I take a step back. Take a breather. Focus my energy somewhere else and refresh.
Then, once I'm feeling better, go back at it with a clear mind.
Not a foolproof plan...but it works quite often.
@joshsilentmode
Quitting is for losers.
If you quit, you will never get ahead and remain a loser for the rest of your shitty human life.
Discipline.
Do what your supposed to do, even when you don’t feel like it.
