The Marlins are doing something at the MiLB level better than everyone else...and it's not even close. This graphic barely fits them at the top right. https://t.co/jIulwkbt7R

By freeing up the arm, the glove moves more efficiently, allowing us to isolate the movement with precision. A clear start and end point, catching the ball in one smooth motion. #GloveWork #BaseballTraining

Improving mechanical efficiency is absolutely a means to increase bat speed. Monitoring speeds and looking to increase them over time is bat speed training. Moving the bat faster is a desired output (A very good one). How you go about doing so (the inputs) are simply pieces of

Don’t get mad but….its easy to increase bat speed without focusing on swinging harder. Or doing “bat speed” programs…. Clean up load, learn to stretch properly and focus on bat path thru the middle of the field. Training against velo machine with the intent of driving balls in

Elite catchers thrive on efficiency: the glove loads with the elbow as the fulcrum, the set ensures readiness, and maintaining elbow flexion in conjunction with the thumb drag allows for a smooth, fluid catch—finishing cleanly at the midline.

Insane numbers from our guy! 💥 Kids, if you want to hit the ball hard, it starts in the weight room. As you can see, Mike is a large and strong human being—go get bigger if you want to be better! @RazorbackBSB @Michael_A110

The aerial view highlights swing path and gives a unique look at contact depth. Analyzing swings from multiple angles reveals details often missed. Here, Canyon shows solid sequencing, improved path, and strong direction.

Training isn’t complete without adjustability. Staying dynamic in the box is key to handling different types of pitching. Making those adjustments pitch by pitch is what sets hitters apart.

Connection and posture play a big role in your swing. In this breakdown, we’re exploring how alignment between the bat, shoulders, and thoracic spine impacts ball flight. A connected swing creates a smoother, more efficient path to the ball! #PostureMatters

Challenging practices make the game easier. Adding constraints and delayed video feedback helps athletes build a mind-body connection, improving proprioception by providing objective, real-time insights.

Playing with varieties of Vertical Approach Angle (VAA) to create more adjustability in our swing path. Matching multiple planes within the swing expands our coverage and helps us achieve our desired ball flight.
