So. Simple question. How did the bus get into South Africa?
This morning, South African police officers intercepted a bus travelling from Zimbabwe to South Africa at N1 North, Pepperboom. The bus was overloaded, carrying 90 passengers instead of the allowed 71 seated passengers. Officials also discovered that passengers did not have
