The enemy is not going to let you move forward without opposition. His main battlefield is the mind. He’ll whisper lies, hoping that you’ll take the bait and start dwelling on them. Say, “No thanks. You’re not welcome here. I know who I am. I am strong in the Lord.”

Scripture says, “Take every thought captive that goes against what God says.” When a negative thought comes—fear, worry, doubt���you can’t be passive or complacent. You have to arrest that thought. It’s an intruder. Refuse to let it stay.

A sound mind is not discouraged over the bad break; it’s expecting God to open a new door open. It’s not bitter over who left you; it’s knowing God has someone better coming. A sound mind is not looking in the rear view mirror; it’s expecting the new things God has in store.

It’s easy to let our minds fill with negativity, doubt, fear. That’s the enemy’s favorite area to work in. He knows if he can control your thoughts, he can control your life. But Paul said in 2 Timothy, “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love and of a

The Scripture says, “Jesus endured the pain of the cross looking forward to the joy that was coming.” The odds may be against you, but the Most-High God is for you.

Don’t miss your greatness because you’re dependent on people approving you. Don’t shrink back and let your dreams die because you’re worried about what they may think, what they may say, or how they may not accept you.

Keep shining despite who’s not for you. Keep being your best despite who doesn’t give you the credit. You’re not working unto people; you’re working unto God. He's keeping the records. You don’t need their approval. You have Almighty God’s approval.

Let this be the day you rise up and say no. No to compromise, no to jealousy, no to temptation. When you do your part, God will step in and do His part. There will be a supernatural grace to break bad habits and bring down strongholds that have held you back. Click here to watch:

The Scripture says, “Come boldly to the throne of grace.” You won’t go boldly if you’re always begging. You won’t pray with confidence if you’re asking again and again for the same thing. You need to switch out of the asking mode and into the thanking mode.

Often, it’s not the storm that defeats us; it’s how we respond to the storm. There is collateral damage we can avoid if we don’t add to the storm by getting bitter, giving up on dreams, losing our passion. When difficulties come, be careful what you’re telling yourself.

You get to choose which images are going to influence you. You can see yourself defeated, stuck, failing, not enough, or you can see yourself prospering, rising higher, accomplishing new goals, setting new standards.

You have to be willing to accept the new things God is going to do. His dream for your life is much bigger than your own. Where God is going to take you, the doors He’s going to open, the people you’re going to meet, it’s going to be more than you ever imagined.

Before you were born, God not only chose you but He put a calling on your life. When you know you’re chosen, you’ll hold your head up high. You’ll live with confidence, not because of who you are but because of whose you are.
