Everyone wants the quick success story by pulling from what you have helped build. I truly feel bad for those folks.

One thing I’ve learned over the last few years in the coaching and training industry is that nothing confirms your position at the top more than organizations and other training facilities trying to take not just one or two of your guys, but nearly your whole roster.
