Great tips!
Using benzos 4 sedation in #COVID19 pts? Remember Midaz has active metabolite renally cleared, so AKI ⏩prolonged sedation. Use 2 advantage & ⬇️ frequency of admin. If use Loraz, it’s 2x potent as Midaz. So 2mg Midaz= 1mg Loraz. 👀 propylene glycol tox. Monitor Osm gap!
