One of my favorite pandemic discoveries was the comedy of @natebargatze. So good and family friendly to boot. I think about this waffle bit now every time i travel.

Got a happy birthday e-mail for my cat. Good to see CDP adoption is alive and well in the veterinary services vertical.

Feeling nostalgic for the energy and excitement from attending SXSW years back. As Yogi Berra says "Nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded." Maybe next year...
Who’s coming out? @sxsw

Solid thread from @doctorow on Amazon’s slide into auctioning off its premium digital real estate. Can you still claim to be the most customer centric company on Earth as you gradually shape shift into the Forbes of online shopping?
Looking at Amazon's quarterly financials, it would be easy to mistake the company's $31b ad division as a serious shift in the online advertising industry, but that would be a huge mistake. You see, Amazon's not really selling *ads*. 1/

Picked it up hot off the press at @yankeebookshop and just finished it. A fun adventure that will have me revisiting the Freedom Trail soon. Well done @benmezrich

Agreed. Some assembly required for consumer grade healthcare experiences from incumbents
Prediction: Health incumbents including the biggest health systems will look to startups to help them figure out how to compete with the likes of Hims & Ro. They'll buy & white label solutions to build a consumer veneer. Doubtful this will be an internal build.

Looking forward to digging into this one for the ridiculous low low price of 99 cents. Congrats to @davegerhardt on the launch.

Prior authorization continues to be a frustrating point of friction for consumers and payer/providers alike. Disruptors like @PriorAuthNow are tackling this complexity head on reports @erinbrodwin

Digital health innovation is incredible but “digital” still divides. An outside in view needs to rebundle, integrate, and focus on whole person health.
Consolidation in digital health this year could be a good thing. I don't love the term "point solutions" but there are a lot of companies doing 1 thing well. Meanwhile patients often have more than 1 thing they're dealing with. E.g. MSK + Diabetes prevention + BH support...

Raising a pint to Daisuke Matsuzaka and the gyro ball. I remember being at Fenway for his Red Sox debut. Electric atmosphere with Dice K being upstaged by King Felix who took a no no into the eighth.
