They have financially infiltrated otherwise very sound and committed orgs, and they have gatekept and dominated every major mobilization, even going out of their way to double book when people they see as rivals hold actions.

They have shifted the strategies of the movement in incredibly stupid ways: hyper-focusing on Joe Biden, highlighting their useless presidential campaign, spotlighting the persecution of petty booj students at fancy colleges

They have undercut the language of resistance at every turn; their party leader is anti-Hamas; they’re anti-direct action as an org, while they’ve manipulated the language of direct action w their “Shut it down” parties They have made pariahs out of those who take severe action.

We often don’t need to be asking “why aren’t any of our tactics working?” But rather, “how can we organize away from this counter-revolutionary cult & reclaim every tactic into a viable movement?” Their strategy isn’t about advancing the movement; it’s about advancing PSL.

@jccfergie Thank you for sharing. I've noticed that PSL has their fingers in every action in my city and they work alongside the local anarchist mutual aid groups, so they're impossible to avoid.

@jccfergie i was involved with one of their reading groups for a bit, we read their news letter every week. I suggested we read something more engaging (like lenin), everyone in the group seemed to agree and the organizer shot it down. Glad i didn’t waste too much time with them.
