I hope some precedent can be set here: donors can be strategic in their grants, give to the grassroots ppl doing work on the ground, & not try to control the flow thereafter I also hope that the symbolism of using @CoxEnterprises hoarded $ to #StopCopCity isn’t lost on anyone
