Users need better education. IT teams need well defined procedures and communication standards so they can properly set expectations.

Audit Trail Setup: Configure logging for new access patterns. Testing Phase: Verify access works correctly without exposing sensitive data. Documentation: Update access control matrices and compliance documentation.
