I hate that women are still uncomfortable about doing whatever the heck we want with our hair, clothes, whatever, based on AGE. I am 75 and do my hair whatever color….. You go get your purple color, honey! Send us selfies!

People seem to forget that it was specifically women over 60 who mitigated their white hair by making it purple. The hipster crowd appropriated that from “seniors.” As a kid there was a social category of “purple headed ladies” mostly voting Republican. Haha

Blue-haired ladies, too. Buick had a 2014 commercial with a bright-blue-haired young woman saying its “blue-haired ladies” image had changed.

I'm over 70 & I endorse this message. Also, if you start thinking you're too old for anything when you're 40, you're going to run out of things you're allowed to do way before you run out of years. Do it & have fun!!

I’m 55 and really believing this! Wish I had had a wise woman share it with me when I was 40! Maybe I did? To young to understand the true meaning at the time? Going to follow you cuz I like how you think- hoping I’ll learn a bit from you to make my next 30 years more fantastic!
