Adulting has humbled me a lot . I finally understand why so many adults stop posting on social media or even deactivate their accounts. Life feels so much peaceful when everything isn't on display. Like they say , out of sight, out of mind.. There's something really comforting

The more you evolve as a woman, the more your vision sharpens. You see people differently. You see opportunities differently. You honor your body differently. You respect the necessity of rest. Growth doesn’t just elevate your life it recalibrates your standards.

The girls are going to church. The girls are in therapy. The girls are in the gym. The girls are taking care of themselves spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.
