Other projects inspected include the nearly completed flyover bridge across the Ilesha–Benin–Owo Expressway & the junction improvement works at Onyearugbulem Junction in Akure, the reconstructed NEPA Roundabout, the Igbatoro/Federal Secretariat Road, and the 6.5km Imafon Road.

Many of these projects are already at advanced stages of completion and are visibly transforming the landscape. The inspection begins at the 8.4km Akure–Ijare Road, where concrete drainage works on both sides have reached impressive mileage.
