if you use a bullet point list you are an idiot. there's never a reason to use a bullet point list instead of a numbered list unless you are an idiot. bullet point lists as an option should be removed from every computer in the world, just an unnecessary blunting of precision

I agree with this in a lot of ways. The way I think of LLMs in terms of being a thinking partner is not to read its perspectives, but rather to use to reflect on some kind of structure as a jump off point. I'm fine putting my own unstructured free form thoughts into an LLM, and
if you speak to an LLM or read what it outputs for anything other than code, you are opening a hole in your brain to get psychoraped by the machine
