I’m really sad that a real person from @GMC or Sunrise Buick GMC Memphis has not taken the time to talk to me about my buyback, my concerns or anything. I guess this is the new customer No service.
@GMC your Sr account rep Jessica has not contacted me regarding my #2018 #GMCTerrian. This is making me not be happy. My truck is 5 months old and it’s been in the shop three times. This last time it went in a week ago and they still have it. You need to make this right with me.
