Know the difference between dreams and goals. Dreams- A goal with outside influence (e.g. winning a comp isn't just relying on your own ability, but also everyone else) Goals- something you can achieve without outside influence (e.g. run 5k) #climbing #Training

3 easy things to change to be a better climber -Focus on your feet. Place your foot once, don't readjust and waste energy. -Pulling so hard! Locking off unnecessarily will drain your energy supplies. -Use your legs. They support you all day so use them! #climbing #technique

Why are inside flags so underrated? -They reduce the need to swap your feet -Keeps your hips closer to the wall to increase your reach -Great for clipping positions and matching quickly Next time you feel the urge to swap feet, try an inside flag! #climbing #Training

Found this golden oldie. I loved this climb, it frustrated me so much. The first move took so many attempts but really taught me about body positioning and how important it is.
