Cannot express to everyone how horrendous @HiltonHotels have been to us and their absolutely crap customer service as we attempted to celebrate being done with chemo while Allison battles cancer. Do us a favor, never stay at a Hilton hotel, they couldn’t care less about you.

@HiltonHotels Is horrible customer service your standard? A post chemo celebration at your hotel turned awful, but the “remedy” you offered has been even worse

Contacted @UPS customer support… completely unhelpful… nothing could fully reimburse this, but maybe make an effort to find the hair?

. @UPS hi, you guys delivered my wives hair to the completely incorrect address and lost it. She cut her hair prior to starting chemo to get a custom wig made as she undergoes treatment. Offered us 113 dollars to reimburse… what a joke. It’s invaluable… was just insulting
