Deloitte - Their BGV sucks. Resigned from my current company hold their offer only. They said we have got negative feedback from your first employer. They said the attitude was not good and we won't rehire him. I asked them to take it from the current employer. (3/n)

I have not heard in any other technology that you must be certified rather than they mostly rely on the candidate's knowledge. I want to share my interview experience in Accenture.
