Been nursing a knee injury through the weekend and missing all the planned running mileage. Honestly, this sucks. The downtime does help to over analyse everything while limping around. Man, this should recover soon else I’ll lose my mind.

@iammoinak Try good exercise that are not heavy on knees yet aerobic. Keep yourself occupied in other stuff like something in creatives, exploring new cafés, meet new people & share your running journey etc. And keep doing your rehab exercises to bounce back sooner.

@Bhagnetrabhag Physio checked up and then bhaga diya saying kuch nahi hua hai. Kal se back to running hahaha

@iammoinak What helped me during my injury was to increase my time with another hobbies. I started playing and recording more music when I had my injury. Else you'll definitely lose your mind.
