@iHuGi This isn't a win though, is it? For a console that sold more in previous gen and looks on track to be selling more this gen and with subs similarly in the game library and streaming areas to MS, these numbers should be much, much higher than XBox numbers.

@PossiblyCthulhu Xbox main driver is their subscription. This is a 4th Pilar for PlayStation, it's not their main focus. Gamepass is on PC also.

@iHuGi People sleep on extra so much man. Like aside from day one games, the playstation catalogue is genuinely richer than gamepass.

@iHuGi PS+ (online play & MGS) makes as much money as Xbox Live (online play) and Game Pass (MGS). What's your point? PS+ is like the combination of Xbox Live & Game Pass. PS+ has more subscribers but the same revenue. So, PS+ is more expensive despite having a worse catalogue.. 🤦🏻🤷🏻

@iHuGi You do realise PS+ is the same service as Game Pass and Gold combined? It’s got 3 tiers which includes the paying for online, library of games and cloud.

@iHuGi PS Plus includes the Essential subscription as the other ones, so in the end is the same as combining Xbox Live Gold and Gamepass. Then you have like 120M PS4 sold and almost 40M PS5. On the other hand Xbox one sold almost 50M and Xbox Series something like 20-25M.

@iHuGi So they are even then. PS+ is online access and game sub in one bundle at multiple tiers. MSFT just offers online access and their sub service as separate products.
