Great case by @hrt01a ! Concomitant aortic stenosis and cardiac amyloidosis are observed in approximately 10–15%. In this case, severe AS was diagnosed before carpal tunnel syndrome surgery. TAVI was successful, but the patient was readmitted due to recurrent heart failure.
