@hrccredc @raymourflanigan We had the worst delivery experience in our lives. One lazy delivery guy, while the other guy just stand there and states that they won’t take my old mattress because of a small stain.

@hrccredc @raymourflanigan BE WARNED! Raymour and flanigan offers to take away your old mattress if they find one infinitesimal stain on it they will not take it was 2yrs old. I wanted to return the new mattress after 5min they will not take it back after spending 15k there they could careless and offered

@hrccredc @raymourflanigan The guy that literally busted his ass by himself, said “oh no, we are taking the mattress”. I will never do business with this organization again! And by the way; your Wyomissing manager is cocky and smug, lacking anything resembling leadership skills.

@hrccredc @raymourflanigan The lazy guy made this call and watched the other guy bust his ass putting a bed together, render next to no help. After telling them to pack it up and take it all back( manager of the Wyomissing store was ok with that)

@hrccredc @raymourflanigan Wife calls the store. Manager dresses down my wife and claims that I signed documents regarding this. Bury stupid policies regarding delivery person’s discretion is nothing but a bait and switch.
